Iceland

If you're about to book another boring beach holiday to Spain or a city break to New York. Stop! Stop right there and watch this beautiful film for Iceland Tourism celebrating all that the country has to offer. Shot over 2 hair raising weeks of snow storms and adventures the brilliant directing duo of Ed Lovelace and James Hall aka DARYL and a skeleton crew travelled to the farthest reaches to uncover some incredible characters and breathtaking hidden gems off the beaten track. All the while Billy, ably assisted by Dom, was holed up editing from the warmth of his makeshift Reykjavik edit base. Inspiring stuff I think you'll agree.

Dementia Friends

Many people find dealing with a condition such as Dementia very difficult. That's why there are charities like 'Dementia Friends' that are here to help build an understanding and a support group to help those with the condition. The 'Dementia Friends' campaign from Public Health England and Alzheimer’s Society aims to show that people with Dementia can still live fulfilling and rewarding lives with a little help, understanding and kindness from those around them. Together with Mat Whitecross as director and a bunch of England's best-known celebrity faces showing their support, tenthree has helped cut this spot to encourage people to become a Dementia Friend to help people live well for longer.

The Possibilities Are Endless

It's not that often we get serious on the tenthree blog but Billy just finished work on an incredibly powerful and moving film about singer Edwyn Collins by D.A.R.Y.L. It will be premiered at SXSW so we can't say too much at the moment apart from WOW but watch this space http://www.thepossibilities.co.uk/

Happy Pay Day

Pay Day. It literally is pay day today. The last day of the month when everyone goes out after work and thinks they're a weekend millionaire. This is the topic for FRED & NICK's latest work as they follow four very different lives. The film is given a mystical feel by the narration of George The Poet. You may never think of Croydon the same way again. Here is the trailer, cut by Billy and the full film is on Channel 4, Monday 10th Feb, 11pm.

Dr Martens - Ash

This was one of our favourite jobs at tenthree last year and we've had to wait over 6 months to see the finished film. Shot over a day in Manchester, the film follows British model Ash Stymest and his crew - featuring models Todd Taylor and Adwoa Aboah - in true gritty Dr Martens style. Stymest narrates the film, sharing his thoughts on love, life and growing up. It's a beautiful, raw piece of film-making and it wouldn't surprise us if Ash makes it as an actor, as the film will show you, he's a natural in front of camera.

Match.com - Meet Florence

The naysayers may say January is the most depressing month of the year but here at tenthree we think new year, new start. What better way to start the year than by finding love. In the latest campaign from Match.com Fred & Nick once again team up with Billy to document real Match users' quest for love. So meet the wonderful Florence, she's single - god knows why - and ready to mingle.

Weight Watchers

There's no hiding the fact that most of us will enjoy the gastronomic delights that Xmas has to offer and binge eat over the festive period. If you don't, you're boring....there I said it. We then spend the whole of January trying to shed those extra handles of love by dieting and abstaining from alcohol, then congratulating ourselves for doing so well. Its boring behaviour and frankly it's unnecessary. Maintain a healthy diet all year round and you can afford to treat yourself once in a while! But don't take it from me, listen to Gregg Wallace and Penny Haslam, they're the real heroes!

In the latest series of spots for Weight Watchers, shot by Fred & Nick, Gregg and Penny showcase their new slender figures, which they attribute to a balanced and controlled diet. Their new plans even allow them a chocolate pud once in a while and we all know how much Gregg likes a pud!

Match.com - Finding Love

Some people wait a lifetime to meet that special person and fall in love. Others fall in and out of love their whole lives. There's no right or wrong, it's something we're all searching for there's no doubt about that. However, before we can really understand love and make the most of it I guess the big question we need to ask ourselves is.....what....is love? To even begin to think about answering that question you need experience. I'm not talking about bed hopping or Infernos on a friday. I'm talking about DATES! The timely tradition of courting a lady has been practiced by humans for thousands of years, it's a tried and tested formula and guess what, it works. As with all things on earth it's had to evolve and as we live most of our lives through the internet, it's no surprise that internet dating has become so popular. As match.com say, 1 in 5 relationships now start online.

This spot for match.com involves 2 members of the said dating website and follows their journey from initial contact to date night.

Are You Horny?

..for IKEA! Kev is never one to blow his own trumpet so he'd prefer a ridiculously good-looking Swedish guy did it instead! We have to share this little teaser for the Ikea sale to show you this horn. Although it looks like it's been done in post, Directors Fred & Nick had this built to sit on top of the building. Great idea. Great horn.

First Love

Dr Martens and the models are back! This time, they're in love! The next installment in this beautifully shot series from Fred & Nick follows on from 'First Heartbreak', which was clearly a real hit with Rihanna as she attempted to re-create the style and feel for her hugely popular video 'We Found Love'. We're looking forward to showing more of this campaign, but for now, feel the love!

Forget the Euros. Forget the Olympics. Starting tomorrow, we are competing in an international sporting competition we actually have a chance of winning as The Rugby World Cup kicks off in New Zealand; with England's first game on Saturday at 9.30am. In preparation, Jim teamed up with Pulse's Anthony Dickenson to create the spot below for Nike featuring England stars like Chris Ashton, Courtney Lawes, Ben Foden and even big Johnno himself. KFC Krushems

What a hot weekend that was! Hopefully everyone made the most of the 5th day of sunshine we've had this year. On days like yesterday there is nothing the average sun-baked, perspiring, slightly dehydrated person needs more than a thirst-quenching, fruity, ice-cold drink. Well now we've got the answer.....

This is the latest offering from Jimmy and Director Chris Ullens who've produced this wonderful stop-frame piece for the release of KFC's new fruit Krushems. Filmed over a few days, Chris employed the help of local Graffiti artists to create the street art for his vision.
